משחק הרביעיות "הטכנאי הצעיר"

משחק הרביעיות "הטכנאי הצעיר" בהוצאת "ברלוי" התבסס כנראה על כתב עת למדע פופולארי לנוער ולמבוגרים, שיצא לאור בשנות ה־ 40 . כתב העת הטביע את חותמו על בני הדור שקדם למדינה וגדל בשנים הראשונות לקיומה. הוא היווה השראה למהנדסים, מדענים ואנשי אקדמיה ישראלים שגדלו בשנות ה־ 50 וה־ 60 .
הקלפים מתייחסים לחלקי המכשיר ולהסבר קצר (לדוגמא: מקרר חשמלי: מדחס, מעבה, מנוע, תא קרור).
המכשירים המופיעים במשחק: מקרר חשמלי, טלפון, אניה, מטוס, רכבת, רדיו ומכונית.

Game for four players called the Young Technician, produced by Barlevi, apparently based on a popular science journal for youth and adults, published in the 1940s. The journal left its mark on the generation that was born before Israel came about and grew up in its early years. It inspired Israeli engineers, scientists and academics who came of age in the 1950s and 1960s. The cards are about appliance components, with a short explanation (eg: electric refrigerator: compressor, condenser, motor,
refrigerating compartment). Devices in the game include electric refrigerators, telephones, ships, airplanes, trains, radios and cars.
